Refunds

No Exchanges Currently, we do not offer exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at contact@legoxi.com for prompt assistance.
Shipping for Returns For returns, use a shipping service with insurance and tracking as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Proof of shipment is required for a refund.
Gift Returns If you received an item as a gift, you can return it in exchange for a LEGOXI gift certificate once we receive the item. If purchased by someone else, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
